“Are you still there Amy?” Luca asked over the phone and I nodded but immediately remembered he was on call with me and couldn’t see me.
“Yes” I replied. kindly hi novelsrepublic on WhatsApp on plus two three four eight zero five five eight eight nine one right three to get added to the novels group.
“Don’t be scared, he can’t do anything to me” he said as if he was reading my kind.
“Plus, my house has tight security and he doesn’t stand a chance of getting in and he only dropped this letter at my office “ he said and laughed.
“Ok why don’t you take a break from work for now? Why don’t you just go home where he can’t reach you so you’d be safe?” I suggested.
“Why?” He asked softly.
“Cause I don’t want you getting hurt because of me” I told him.
“Or cause you don’t want the love of your life dead “ he said and I gasped.
Who the hell told him he’s the love of my life?
He chuckled over the phone and made me smile too.
And who the hell even told him he'd die?  
He already thinks my dad is capable of killing? 
OK girl,  you don't have to be dramatic cause he's kinda right anyway...... Dad is very dangerous. 
"So don't worry about me,  alright? As long as we already filed for a restraining order against him for you guys,  you're safe" he said and I smiled even though he couldn't see me. 
"Thank you so much Luca " I told him. 
"And be very careful alright?" I told him and he chucked. 
"Someone cares about me huh" he teased and I rolled my eyes. 
"I'll talk to you later, bye" I said and hanged up.
Woah, I was starting to heat up just by talking to him. 
If I don't have this Nigga, I'm sure gonna end up dead.
I went back to the kitchen and continued what I was doing.

Everything has been going well though Cody and Caden are not yet going to school...... I can't risk it. 
I had to talk to their school teacher about it and she understood.
Though we've got our dad on restraining orders, I still can't risk letting Cody and Caden go to school while that man is still in this town. 
Bryan and I keep doing good with our resto and I take Cody and Caden along with me to the resto. 
We haven't heard of dad or anything so we're just enjoying our lives.
And about Luca, I last saw him days ago. 
He hasn't called nor visited which I find strange but what to do?  He's prolly just busy. 
We were at the resto,  packing house so we could go home when Riley walked in. 
I rolled my eyes when I saw her and continued packing the left overs. 
"Amy" she called even she walked up to me. 
"what so you want? " I snarled at her. 
She looked kinda worried and I noticed there were bags under her eyes. 
What happened?  The queen didn't have enough sleep? 
"It's Luca " she blurted out and one stiles what I was doing.
"Luca?  What about him? " I asked her. 
My heart already started beating so hard in my chest and the way I talked, drew Bryan's attention. 
"I don't know " she blurted and o raised an eyebrow. 
What does she mean she doesn't know? 
"I haven't seen him for like three days now. I thought he was at a hotel or with you but I checked everywhere and he isn't " she said and I blinked rapidly like someone with a Tourette syndrome. 
"So what are you saying? That he's missing? " I asked and she nodded. 
My Luca. Where can he be? What happened to him? 
"What happened?  Did you guys fight? "I asked Riley. 
"No no we didn't. I just don't know " she cried out. 
"What do you mean you don't know?  You're supposed to know everything that has to do with him" I seethed at her. 
Bryan and the kids just stood there watching us. 
I tried holding back the that filled my eyes but I couldn't so I let them roll own my cheeks. 
Where did he go?
