I shut my eyes expecting to feel his lips on mine but I felt his hand moving my hair from my face.
I didn’t open my eye since I could feel his breath in my face.
“Amy?” Bryan called and my eyes popped open.
Luca quickly moved away and I shyly tucked my hair behind my ear.
I couldn’t help but blush and it was obvious cause my cheeks were crimson red.
Cody and Caden came too and I flashed a smile at Luca.
It was bad timing but his expression shows he wants me just as I want him.
But wait, if he wants me then that means Riley isn’t his girlfriend or is he trying to cheat? 
Uhhh..... I’ll ask him another time.
“Are we going to the resto today? “Bryan asked and I don’t know why but I glanced at Luca as if he’d help me answer that question.
“Uhm..” 
“I don’t think so Bryan cause we have to carry out the restriction order on her dad so she has to follow me to go see a lawyer “ Luca answered and I smiled.
“Alright then, you both should get it done then” Bryan said mad Luca nodded.
“Let’s go?” Luca said like a question and I glanced at my two babies.
I feel so awkward leaving them cause the thought of my dad coming to take them is just stuck in my head.
It’s good to be worried but then again, this is a new house and he doesn’t know here.
I kissed Cody and Caden and asked Bryan to keep an eye on them.
I gave them instructions not to open the door for anyone unless it’s me or Luca which they agreed on.
“Yeah let’s go” I told Luca and we left.

Fast forward ⏩ ⏩ .........
.
After doing very necessary things, Luca drove me back home.
Luca and I stood at the porch and I rang the doorbell.
“Who is it?” I heard Bryan’s voice from inside and I smiled.
It’s good to see he’s obedient and carrying out my instructions.
“It’s me “ I replied.
He opened the door and let Luca and I inside.
He locked the door after us and I went to Cody and Caden.
We are free, at least for now cause dad doesn’t have the right to see us anymore.
 “So cuties, what y’all wanna eat?” I asked them.
“Why don’t you allow daddy to see us?” Cody asked and I almost choked on the water I was drinking.
I coughed and dropped the glass of water on the table.
I was never expecting such a question from them, I mean they’re so young.
“Why do you want to see him?” I asked, looking at both of them.
“Cause he’s our papa” Caden replied.
I see they already planned to ask me this huh.
“Well, he’s bad and I don’t want him hurting you guys like he did to mom and I “ I told them honestly.
“But he doesn’t wanna hurt us, he just wanna talk” Cody blurted out and I sighed.
Have they really been blind to the way he’s been acting towards us? Like for real? 
“Ok boys, your daddy is an asshole and I don’t care whether you both understand that but just know he’s a bad guy and you both should stay away from him” I told them bluntly and they just stared at me.
“Understood? “ I asked them and they glanced at each other then nodded.
“Will y’all have cookies or...” I paused, wanting them to add their suggestions.
“Cookies” They both replied and tickled them.
They laughed and ran upstairs.
I chuckled and turn to see Luca and Bryan gazing at me.
Gosh! I forgot they were even in here hehehehe.
Luca smiled at me making me smile back.
“Did you get a restricting order on him for me too?” Bryan asked and I chuckled.
“Of course I did. You’re already involved so why wouldn’t I?” I asked him.
“Well, thanks” he said and I nodded.
“That means I can go home now” he said and I forced a smile at him.
Don’t wanna make him scared but if my dad wants him, he’d still go for him.
He turned to leave but saw Luca and stood on his spot for a second or two.........he walked away and I thought he was going home but he just sat on a couch and I wondered.
Luca and I glanced at each other cause Bryan was acting weird.
First, he wanted to go and now he doesn’t.
“You also want some cookies?” I asked Luca.
“Nope! I’ve got some work to do so I’ll leave now” he replied and I nodded.
“Bye” I told him before he left.
“He’s gone now so you can wipe that smile off your face” Bryan snarled and I rolled my eyes at him.
“What’s your problem even?” I asked and went to the kitchen.
He came to me in the kitchen but I eased and chuckled.
“You almost kissed him “ he blurted out.
I remembered the moment we almost had before Bryan and the kids ruined it.
“Yeah we almost kissed but y’all ruined the moment for me” I fired back.
“Are you even listening to yourself?” He asked and I sighed.
“You don’t even know if he’s a good guy and you want him  already?” He asked and I sighed more.
“He’s not “ I replied.
“How’d you know?” He asked.
“I just believe he isn’t” I replied.
“You see? You don’t know him so well to start anything with him. What about his crazy girl Riley? I don’t think Luca is a the best guy for you “he said and I rolled my eyes.
“I also didn’t think Cindy was the girl for you and I didn’t like her but you dated her and I saw no problem with that so why are you all over me?” I asked him.
“Cause I don’t want you to get hurt” 
“Alright thanks big brother but I won’t get hurt” I replied him.
“Fine then, I’ll take my leave “
“Alright, take care” I told him  and he left.
I locked my doors and windows and went back to the kitchen.
I wanted to kiss Luca but why? Do I still love him? Of course I do!
Is Riley his girlfriend? I have to find that out.
Is he a bad guy and would hurt me later on? I don’t know and he doesn’t seem like one.
Does he even want me too? Does he love me? He seem like he does.
I was still lost in my thoughts 💭 when my phone rang.
I went to pick it from the table in the sitting room and it was Luca.
“Yes Luca?” I said into the phone.
“Guess what? I just recover a letter from your dad” he said with sarcasm in his tone.
My heart skipped just at the thought of that.
“A letter? Why? I mean what does it say?” I asked him.
“It’s just something short that says: my kids might be on restraining order from me but you’re not” he replied and I trembled.
I can’t believe I involved Luca into all these.
He’s gonna go for him, he’s gonna kill him or prolly do something bad to him.
He’ll hurt my Luca.
